Winnidad Agriculture is a leading producer of lamb and beef using best practice sustainable farming techniques.

 

Our mission is to meet the growing global demand for red meat whilst leaving the planet in a better place for the next generation.

 

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do.

 

We have implemented a number of initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint. These include:

​

• Construction of 13 wind turbines to be operated by Acciona Energy in Australia

• Appointment of a dedicated Sustainability Manager

• Investment of 3% of net profits annually into tree planting and wetland regeneration

• Installation of solar generators

• Sale of cattle muck to a local anerobic digestor plant in the UK to generate clean energy

• Feeding food bi-products (such as potato chips and brewers grains) that would otherwise become waste

At present, Winnidad Agriculture operates assets in Australia and the United Kingdom (see "Our Farms" for further information).

Winnidad Agriculture is a family business, wholly owned by James Law and his sister Sarah Law. Parts of the farm in Australia have been held by the same family for over 100 years.
