Sustainability
Winnidad Agriculture is committed to implementing best practice sustainable farming methods. We have adopted and implemented a Sustainability Policy and conduct regular reviews of the policy to ensure compliance and currency. An overview of our sustainability policy is set out below:

Economic Sustainability

The business is benchmarked by an independent advisory company annually, with the KPIs measured against our own previous performance and the rest of the industry

Cost of production is quantified and managed to ensure the business is economically viable
Social Sustainability

The health and safety of our workers is a key priority. We have adopted and implemented an OH&S Policy and hold regular meetings to ensure the safety of all employees, contractors and third parties visiting the farm

Employees are given the opportunity for training and advancement

We focus on supporting the community and prioritise using local suppliers wherever possible
Environmental Sustainability

Good biological and soil health is maintained

3% of our annual net profit is re-invested back into tree planting and wetland regeneration
